Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Communication specialist based in Canada.

I was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I was blessed to grew up in a family of metaphysicians that helped me to be in contact with my spirituality since a young age. Also, I studied Journalism in Audiovisual Media and since my graduation in 2012 I've been working in the area.

My yoga career started in 2014 when I arrived to Montréal and I developed a personal yoga practice. The search and passion to study my deep-self made me explore different areas like Reiki, Buddhism and of course Yoga. I finished my Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and since then I have been teaching and learning to deepen my practice for me and for my students. 

I'm specialized in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Yoga For Women's Menstrual Cycle, Mudras for Healing and Well-Being, Yoga Anatomy and Pathologies, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

My other passion is communication, and I believe we all have a unique voice and image to share to this world. As a Consultant in Communication and Digital Marketing I'm here to help you to reach your fully potential. My specialties are Content Creation, Photography, Videography, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, Branding and Website Creation/UX.
