Payment Disputes. If You believe any payment or invoice from Us is incorrect, You must contact MyLatinStore in writing within 30 days of payment or invoice date, respectively, setting forth the nature and amount of the requested correction directed to sales@mylatinstore.com. Otherwise, all amounts paid or owed are final. MyLatinStore reserves the right to recover any amounts overpaid to You.

Refund Policy. 

The following situations are issues that are eligible for a refund:

  • The vendor fails to carry out the booked Experience or arrives more than 30 minutes past the stated start time, causing the buyer to abandon the Experience.
  • The vendor makes significant changes to the Experience after booking.
  • The Experience contains a safety or health hazard that would be reasonably expected to adversely affect the vendor’s participation in the Experience.
  • For Experiences that take place online, the buyer cannot attend or a vendor cannot lead the Experience because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues.

If MyLatinStore determines that a buyer experienced a travel issue, Mylatinstore will, at its discretion, provide the buyer with a refund up to a maximum of the Total Fees the buyer paid for the Experience in accordance with this Policy. The amount of any refund will depend on the nature of the travel issue suffered.

Cancellation. The buyer must inform the vendor and MyLatinStore if the buyer wishes to cancel the order. Cancellations can only happen no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience. If the vendor agrees to the cancellation, the vendor must provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any shipping charges within 7 calendar days to MyLatinStore. Then, MyLatinStore will refund the buyer within 7 calendar days.
