What you'll do

The private and personalized yoga consultation is dedicated to anyone who wants to relieve or improve certain pathologies such as daily posture, low back or back pain, knock knees and rods, irregularities or cramps of the menstrual cycle, fatigue, insomnia or simply to reduce the stress or anxiety from our daily routine.

The goal is simply to help the cause with the benefits that yoga and meditation can bring to your daily life. Each person is a world, and it is perfectly normal to be different and have a unique anatomy. Our bodily sensations speak to us, we just have to give them some time to listen to them with a lot of self-love.

Together we will find the best solution for you and your physical, mental and emotional body.

Certified Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner based in Canada.I was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I was blessed to grew up in a family of metaphysicians I started developing a personal yoga practice at home 7 years ago, in 2014 when I arrived to Montréal.The search and passion to study my deep-self made me explore different areas. Reiki, Buddhism and in 2018 I enrolled in the 2019-2020 Yoga Teacher Training with Hervé Blondon (Swami Premananda Saraswati) from the École Satyam de Hatha Yoga in Montreal (Satyananda lineage with a tendency towards Iyengar teachings), my training was focused in the traditional yoga, consciousness and postural alignment.In 2019, I began my journey to become a yoga teacher and since then yoga has been in all aspects of my life. The passion to know more about yoga guided me to participate in various workshops and trainings such as  Yoga and Menstrual Cycle, Mudras for healing and well-being, Therapeutic Yoga For Women (Wisdom of Women's Menstrual Cycle)Anatomy and Pathologies, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga and Ayurveda.

Yoga has become my sacred place, a place to listen and to connect with the present moment. For me yoga is in all living things, in all the small details of life. But, before going deeper we must understand who we're today, knowing our body and taking a time to listen it's where all begins.As a yoga teacher I'm here to guide you, to support you, so you can growth in your own rythme.
